Talent Acquisition Advisor, City of London, £17ph 

Highly successful global real estate organisation requires a temporary Talent Acquisition Advisor to assist with a project of recruiting a high number of staff in the next 2 months.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a tailored recruitment strategy to attract, evaluate, and onboard. You will also oversee and conduct the interview, selection and offer processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver recruitment strategies for assigned business units across UK & Europe to include talent attraction, cv screening and shortlisting. Also managing the interview and offer process.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the needs of the business in order to meet and plan for current and future staffing requirements.
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, industry events, referrals, and bespoke talent pools.
  • Review and launch advertisements on careers websites and job boards, monitoring ongoing success of the respective channels.
  • Proactively influence and support increasing diversity of talent through delivery of general and specific attraction activities and initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights into market trends, legal considerations, and best practices.
  • Promote and manage a positive candidate experience and communicate as appropriate with candidates and hiring managers on the status of the hiring process
  • Maintain and optimise usage of the applicant tracking system to support candidate journey and reporting accuracy.
  • Compile recruitment reports for leadership on demand.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition gained within a recruitment agency or in-house environment.
  • Extensive experience in sourcing within a highly competitive market.
  • Skilled in managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Collaborative team member with a proactive attitude and strong service orientation.
