⭐ About the Role

As a Resident Services Associate, you’ll be the friendly and professional face of the community, ensuring residents feel valued, supported and proud to call the building their home. You’ll help maintain smooth daily operations while delivering first-class resident services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent front-of-house service and supporting the resident journey
  • Handling reception duties, meet & greet, parcel management and inspections
  • Conducting lettings viewings and managing ad-hoc tasks
  • Supporting high-quality building operations including amenity management, unit checks, tenancy and income processes
  • Assisting with resident engagement activities and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Building positive relationships with external partners and contractors

You’ll be a great fit if you’re energetic, polished, and genuinely enjoy helping people. We’re seeking someone with:

  • Experience in Build to Rent, hospitality, travel, tourism or similar customer-facing sectors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Awareness of Health & Safety and the ability to implement it when needed
  • A professional, well-presented and approachable manner
  • Team experience and the confidence to collaborate effectively
  • Proven ability to meet targets and deliver high standards
  • A creative, proactive attitude and the resilience to handle day-to-day challenges
  • Qualifications in property or customer service (advantageous but not essential)

🕒 Working Hours

This role operates on a rota across three shifts:

  • 8am – 5pm
  • 9am – 6pm
  • 11am – 8pm

You will also be required to work occasional Saturdays as part of the shift pattern.
