What You’ll Do

• Carry out repairs, decoration, and cyclical maintenance.
• Complete statutory checks and log all tasks accurately.
• Supervise external contractors and maintain grounds.
• Respond to urgent issues when needed.
• Ensure health & safety compliance across the site.

What We’re Looking For

• Maintenance experience is essential – ideally with basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
