Customer Service Administrator | Falmouth | £12.80ph

Vibrant student accommodation in Falmouth requires a Customer Services Administrator, to be the friendly face and reassuring voice that welcomes students into their new home-away-from-home. You’ll play a vital role in creating a supportive and well‑run living environment, acting as the first point of contact for residents and ensuring everything on-site runs smoothly.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), working Monday to Friday.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the go-to person for residents, visitors, and contractors—always welcoming, always professional.
  • Handle enquiries across phone, email, and face‑to‑face channels, resolving issues quickly and confidently.
  • Support smooth move‑in and move‑out processes, including check-ins, check-outs, and room inspections.
  • Assist students with accommodation queries and escalate concerns where needed.
  • Help plan and run community events that contribute to an amazing student experience.
  • Process bookings, tenancy documents, rental payments, and banking tasks.
  • Log and follow up maintenance requests, coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure timely fixes.
  • Carry out regular building checks and report any issues.
  • Promote and uphold all health & safety and compliance standards.
  • Help keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
  • Manage parcels, lost property, and general organisation around the building.
  • Support occasional marketing or promotional activities.
  • Take on any reasonable tasks needed to help the team and our residents.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in customer service or administration—ideally within hospitality, property, or student accommodation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner.
  • The ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM or booking systems.
  • A team‑focused mindset and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
