We’re seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer‑focused receptionist to help build a welcoming, engaging environment for the residents.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an essential part of the onsite team, you’ll help the community feel like home. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional front‑of‑house experience and anticipating resident needs.
• Building positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Getting involved in community events to help create an outstanding living experience.
• Managing admin tasks such as maintenance logging, database updates, tenancy paperwork, and issuing notices.
• Conducting viewings, following up with potential residents, and supporting leasing activity to maintain high occupancy.
• Assisting with move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Responding to queries or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Supporting rent‑arrears processes and ensuring timely processing of tenant refunds.

What You’ll Bring
