We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead operational HR delivery and support strategic people initiatives. Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy while ensuring effective day-to-day HR management.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance and solution-focused culture
🔹 Oversee recruitment, employee relations, pay & pensions, policies, L&D, and wellbeing
🔹 Act as a trusted HR business partner to senior leaders
🔹 Ensure policies and procedures remain compliant with employment law
🔹 Deliver insightful people metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making
🔹 Lead performance management improvements and organisational development initiatives
🔹 Champion engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing across the organisation
🔹 Ensure mandatory training compliance and strong governance

What We’re Looking For

✔ CIPD Level 5–7 or equivalent experience
✔ Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
✔ Proven experience in HR management and business partnering
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
✔ Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change effectively
