The Role

As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent into leading organisations. From day one, you will gain exposure to high-level business conversations and develop specialist market expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth market research and mapping senior professionals across global markets
• Identifying and headhunting high-calibre candidates for key client mandates
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Supporting senior consultants on live searches and client projects
• Writing candidate profiles and presenting shortlists to clients
• Developing a strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends

You should have:

• A degree (2:1 or above preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

No prior recruitment experience is required — full training will be provided.
