You'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted market expert and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing to offer management and placement.
- Building and growing relationships with digital, marketing and analytics leaders.
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates across the analytics and insights market.
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client partnerships.
- Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and hiring advice.
- Building a strong personal brand through networking and market expertise.
- Keeping up to date with emerging trends across data, analytics, AI and digital marketing.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team revenue targets.
- Collaborating with colleagues across specialist markets to maximise opportunities.
About You
- Passionate about marketing, data, analytics and technology.
- At least 1 years’ experience working in the sector previously
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with a desire to develop business opportunities.
- Resilient, ambitious and motivated by success.
- Curious about market trends and evolving technologies.
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, marketing, analytics or a client-facing role would be advantageous but is not essential.
