We are looking for an enthusiastic customer focused Reception/Host to be the face of this fabulous property in South West London.

As the face of the development, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for residents and visitors alike. From welcoming guests and managing enquiries to supporting building operations and resident services, you'll be at the heart of a thriving community.

What You'll Be Doing

Resident & Visitor Experience

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors.
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and welcoming service at all times.
  • Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Support residents throughout their customer journey and help resolve issues efficiently.

Leasing & Lettings Support

  • Respond to prospective resident enquiries.
  • Assist with apartment viewings and application processes.
  • Support applicants through to move-in.
  • Update property listings and assist with marketing activities.
  • Contribute to reporting and market insights.

Move-Ins, Renewals & Move-Outs

  • Ensure applications meet compliance requirements.
  • Prepare apartments and coordinate cleaning and maintenance works.
  • Deliver seamless move-in and move-out experiences.
  • Support tenancy renewals and inventory reporting.
  • Manage end-of-tenancy inspections, damages, and deposit processes.

Resident & Building Services

  • Handle resident enquiries, complaints, and account-related matters.
  • Log and track maintenance requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and internal systems.
  • Manage parcel distribution, key management, amenity bookings, parking, and utility administration.
  • Support community events and resident communications.
  • Coordinate contractor access and service providers.
  • Carry out building inspections and report any issues.

Building Safety & Security

  • Conduct regular building patrols and safety inspections.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and manage site access.
  • Welcome and manage visitors appropriately.
  • Follow emergency response and business continuity procedures.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Reception, front of house or customer service within a professional environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive, approachable, and professional attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working independently and dealing with issues calmly.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and other systems.
  • A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated to make a difference.
