My client is a private Laboratory based in Kings Cross who are looking for 2 Courier Administrators for an immediate start for at least 1 month to provide high quality, proactive and professional goods in service within their Courier Department. This is a temporary role in a fast paced, busy environment.

Reporting to the Courier Manager, the main duties will be:

• Being the first point of contact for all in-coming samples and deliveries and responding in a timely manner
• Processing in-coming products and logging on the system accordingly
• Ensuring all samples from external parties are logged according to policies and procedures
• Maintaining all internal systems and liaising with other departments accordingly
• Co-ordinate all samples internally and keeping all systems and reports up to date
• Involved with the Courier Recruitment Project.

Candidates will need to have:

• A good standard of education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Good numeracy skills
• Computer literacy
