I am currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to come on board and join this fantastic private rented accommodation franchise. You will assist with the operational performance of the building to deliver the best experience for the residents and ensure that compliance processes are adhered to. You will be the main contact for residents, suppliers, agencies and other stakeholders and is expected to uphold the brand and 5* customer service at all times. This fab residential site has various communal spaces that includes a sky lounge and gym. The role includes:
They are looking for the ideal candidate who will fit into the team dynamic, learn the building and understand contribute to the targets they are working towards. The perfect candidate would preferably have a BTR background but will also consider a PBSA background The role requires someone who: Is comfortable with having difficult conversation. Understands security deposits. Has been involved in move in/move out, mid-term inspections. Confident in liaising with cleaning and painting contractors. Happy to get up and go to flats and rearrange furniture items if required. Hands on and a problem solver. Other skills that are required for this role:
