A leading healthcare regulator is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide proactive support to their Chief of Staff and wider private office on an initial 6 month FTC.

About the role

In this pivotal position, you will:

  • Manage the Chief of Staff’s complex diary and inbox, ensuring effective prioritisation of multiple demands with discretion and organisational awareness.
  • Organise meetings, travel, accommodation, and events for the Chief of Staff.
  • Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes for key meetings, following up on agreed actions promptly.
  • Support the business management of the directorate to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Chief Executive and Registrar, including document preparation and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a professional liaison for senior stakeholders and visitors, ensuring all interactions are handled sensitively and efficiently.

About you

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders (Director or CEO level) within a complex organisation.
  • Excellent diary and inbox management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional, confident approach when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work discreetly with highly sensitive information.
  • A proactive, flexible, and diplomatic mindset, with the confidence to make decisions and anticipate needs.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Experience in a customer-focused environment.
