Compliance / Audit Recruitment Consultant (360 Role)

We’re looking for an experienced biller (circa £150k–£200k+) who thrives in a full lifecycle recruitment role — from business development through to candidate delivery and placement.

The Role

• Full 360 recruitment position within Compliance / Audit markets
• Build, develop, and own your client base
• Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end
• Work with high-value clients and senior-level candidates
• Drive revenue and grow your desk with autonomy

What We’re Looking For

• Proven billing history (£150k–£200k+ preferred)
• Strong experience in Compliance or Audit recruitment
• Confident in business development and client management
• Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
• Comfortable working in a 360 capacity
