One of the UK’s leading pathology and scientific organisation is urgently seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator to start immediately. This is a home-based position
You will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Recruitment Manager during this busy time.
Duties
Coordinate and support the end to end recruitment process including, posting job adverts, preparing offer letters and contracts, conducting pre-employment checks on all new employees which includes checking ID’s and requesting and following up references
Compliance checks of candidates
Booking candidates onto the Staff Bank system and maintaining availability
Ensure new starters are set up and internal moves are communicated in a timely manner with Payroll
Screening candidates over the phone/MS Teams
Ensure recruitment database is up to date
Support recruitment team with any other requirements
Required:
Minimum 2 years previous recruitment admin experience
Prior experience of working in a busy HR office environment
Experience of e-recruitment systems
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
Clear and accurate written and verbal communications
Excellent IT skills including Excel, databases etc
