Medical Receptionist, Hemel Hempstead, HP2

£12.80ph, 9am-3pm, circa 4 weeks

Customer focussed Temporary Reception/Administrator required at this busy Hospital clinic to provide a seamless front of house service to patients and staff.

Duties:

• Meet & greet patients in a helpful and courteous manner
• Book and manage appointments via the patient telephone line
• Register patients correctly
• Direct the patient flow
• Print off request forms
• Assist with internal and external enquiries
• Monitor patients in the waiting area

Requirements

• Proven Reception experience
• Experience within the medical sector would be advantageous
• Experience in a patient setting is desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Empathetic and helpful
• Team player, ability to multi task and work to deadlines
