Property Administrator/Customer Service, £13.50ph, Milton Keynes

Market leader within the property sector requires a proactive Administrator/Customer Service to provide support to the operations team with resident enquiries and leasing.

Working as part of a team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the residents receive an excellent level of service. Working Working 5 days a week which may include alternate Saturdays.

Duties will include:

  • Face to face resident interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers.
  • Greeting and qualifying prospective residents.
  • Booking in viewings for the Leasing team.
  • Tenancy administration which could include updating tenancy agreements, reference checks, compliance checks
  • Support in the preparation and delivery of customer communication ensuring residents are regularly updated on building matters and other matters that may impact their experience.
  • Manage parcel overflow ensuring both residents and delivery companies are ‘managed’ to follow parcel strategy.
  • Key Management and arranging access to properties for third parties (agents, contractors, inventory clerks).
  • Ensure the resident move in and move out process is seamless.

Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service and Administration experience
  • Experience within property, hospitality, travel or similar would be an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • IT proficient
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone.
