Internal Recruiter, London SE1

Temporary, 3 months, up to £19 per hour

Scientific organisation require an experienced and driven Internal Recruiter to work with the team with a high volume of internal recruitment, permanent and bank staff.

What you’ll do:

• Attract diverse talent through creative campaigns and social media outreach
• Draft and edit job descriptions and adverts that reflect the company brand and values
• Source candidates via professional networks and portfolio sites
• Manage CVs, registrations, pre-screening, and talent-pool administration
• Conduct interviews
• Liaise with managers on staffing needs and identify the right personnel
• Build strong, positive relationships with managers
• Advise managers on recruitment processes and ensure compliance
• Keep personnel records and recruitment databases updated and accurate

 What You’ll Bring:

• Direct recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Experience recruiting within the Healthcare sector or similar highly compliant industry
• Skilled in advising managers on recruitment best practices
• Demonstrable experience of direct recruitment using multi social medical channels including Linkedin
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Organised, deadline-driven, and an attentive eye for detail
• Confident with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills
