  • Blinds, curtains or shutters installation
  • Carpentry / Carpenter / Joinery
  • Conservatory installation
  • Kitchen or bedroom fitting
  • Shopfitting
  • Plumbing or electrical installations

About the Role:

As an Installer / Fitter, you’ll take a leading role in delivering top-quality installations, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out installations with precision, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
  • Lead by example — support, train, and coach the fitting team in best practices
  • Review job notes, survey sheets, and ensure readiness before every installation
  • Carry the necessary tools and parts to complete jobs efficiently and effectively
  • Resolve any remedial or rework issues quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and sales to identify and solve recurring issues
  • Always follow company health & safety procedures
  • Ensure the workspace is clean, organised, and left spotless after each job
  • Demonstrate products to customers, explain safety features and aftercare, and gather sign-off
  • Update customer notes and job status
  • Hand out marketing materials and encourage customer feedback
  • Support sales efforts by identifying marketing opportunities on-site

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
