A leading Build to Rent organisation is seeking a warm, proactive Property Customer Service Assistant on a 9 month FTC to join their team at Park Square in Milton Keynes. They manage high-quality living, commercial, and mixed-use developments and pride themselves on creating vibrant, sustainable communities. You will 4 days on and 4 days off, 12 hour shifts eg. 8 am - 8.00 pm with some weekend work.

As a Property Customer Service Assistant, you’ll deliver exceptional service and ensure residents feel valued from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll:

  • Provide a polished and welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Respond to resident queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Build positive relationships with both residents and team members
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism
  • Follow company procedures with integrity and care
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture

You’re people-focused, confident and customer-service driven. You bring:

  • Experience in hospitality, guest relations, residential services, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good IT literacy (MS Word, Outlook and Excel — training provided)
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm and a proactive approach
  • A team mindset and a friendly, polished presence
